Driving a team of sled dogs

It’s time to discover new winter sensations, off the groomed slopes. What could be better than a walk in the forest or on a pristine plateau in the company of man’s best friend? Or rather, in the company of around twenty of them… Embark on a trip with the sled dogs.

Musher time for a stroll

At the entrance to La Joue du Loup, you’ll meet up with the team, all excited at the prospect of running around in the snow, in a joyous chorus of welcome. Laureen and Inès, the mushers from Traîneaux du Dévoluy, start by introducing you to the dogs. You then enjoy an unforgettable moment of complicity with them, in the heart of nature.
There are several choices for a tailor-made adventure: take the passenger seat to enjoy the scenery, or the musher ‘s seat for a unique experience. Set off either by day or by night in the moonlight, equipped with lights.

Take orders

So it’s at the controls of your own sled that you’ll set off along the snowy paths of the Dévoluy, between fir trees and larches: the best way to discover the thrill of gliding and the brotherly bond between a musher and his canine companions.

Laureen and Inès will teach you all the sled-driving techniques.
