As part of a continuous improvement process and to promote ever more responsible tourism, the Dévoluy Tourist Office is committed to obtaining the Destination d’Excellence label in 2026.
What are our quality objectives for 2026? :
- To drive the Quality system and the teams to obtain the Destination D’Excellence label in autumn 2026, with the eco-responsible pillar.
- Work on the customer experience and training seasonal teams in reception techniques.
- Optimise the Avizi CRM in customer relations management (incoming requests via ledevoluy.com or responses to comments or complaints).
- Strengthen promotion and events for the destination at the height of the season (All Saints Day, May and June bank holidays).
- Work jointly with the commune’s services to promote various labelling initiatives, in particular Flocons Verts.
