Dévoluy’s first ski resort was opened in 1966, and its architecture reflects the image of a practical, friendly resort. If you’re staying in the Bois d’Aurouze, a large building on the snow front, all you have to do is go down a few flights of stairs to have a coffee, buy a newspaper or hire your ski equipment. Others will prefer the chalet-style residences, set back from the resort but a stone’s throw from the snow front and ski lifts. There’s no need to use your car once you’re there.
The sports centre will allow you to combine your stay with a moment of sport and fitness (on your own or as part of a group class). The facility will also keep children occupied after skiing or in case of bad weather.
