Association Couleurs Dévoluy

The Couleurs Dévoluy association was created by a group of Dévoluy producers and craftsmen.

A wide range of products: beers, Dévoluy lamb, ewe's and cow's milk cheeses, traditional breads, aromatic and medicinal plants, wooden crafts...

The aim of the association is to collectively promote and develop the agricultural and artisanal products of Dévoluy. These products are genuine, authentic and produced on a small scale.

- La Ferme des Couttières: breeders of Abondance and Tarines cows. Raw-milk tommes, soft, fruity, blue and many others.
- La Ferme des Chanterelles: ewe breeders and producers of dairy products and lamb, as well as ewe's milk soaps, canned goods and artisanal sausages.
- La Ferme des Garcins: farmers, millers, bakers, and breeders of bees and Highland Cattle. Sale of bread, flour, cookies, honey and beef.
- L'Herbier du Dévoluy: farmer-herbalist and mountain guide. Producer of herbal teas, liqueur plants, essential oils, syrups, natural cosmetics and spices. Luc also offers herbalism courses.
- Ebénisterie Grain d'Orge: custom-made furniture and handcrafted objects.
- Brasserie La Bure: unfiltered, unpasteurized beers made with barley and rye malts from Ferme des Garcins. A special beer is brewed every month.
- Brasserie Interstellaire du Dévoluy: François brews his beers with Dévoluy water and offers a wide range of flavors. You can visit his workshop on site.
