ESF Lessons start at 9:30am. Timetables can vary according during the season. Generally lessons are from Monday to Saturday but it is also possible to have group lessons from Sunday to Saturday. For lessons during the February school holidays, it is strongly recommended to book in advance. Competition lessons are also available but these courses require strong motivation as you will be skiing for 3 or 6hrs a day from Monday to Saturday. Lessons are classified by level from Ourson (little bear) to Etoile d’or (Gold Star). The Dévoluy area and the quality of the lessons ensure quick progress. The ESF in Dévoluy has brought together a team of 40 French state qualified instructors, and instruction is also available in English or German on request. The team also includes trained mountain guides, high altitude guides, kids instructors, snowboard experts, and specialist instructors for Telemark, Off Piste, moguls etc….Please note that the prices below do not include a ski pass, and that this must be purchased separately. It’s also good to know that the ski school have priority lanes on ski lifts.

Le Dévoluy offers chilcare facilities for children from 15 months (from 12 months in SuperDévoluy outside school holidays) to 6 years of age. They will have a mix of indoor and outdoor fun activities from playing with toys and drawing to tobogganing and playing in the snow. Don’t forget their teddy bear, safety blanket, health certificate, and a document proving their date of birth. Each nursery has a rest room, a games room and a meal corner. Weekly, daily, or half day prices, with options available for them to stay at lunch time and have a meal provided.

For lunch you provide it . Possibility of seasonal subscriptions. The nurseries are managed by the Dévoluy Tourist Office.

Ski Kindergartends provide day care for children from 3 to 5 years old. Come and have fun on our mini ski lifts, and ski through hoops and round inflatable figures. Snow gardens are run by ESF ski school instructors and allow kids to have fun while experiencing their first few hours on skis. Outside school holidays: Open every day from 9:15 to 12:15 and 13:45 to 16:15. During February holidays: Open every day from 9:15 to 12:15, 12:30 to 14:45 and 14:30 to 17:00.
