- Creusets. Small bits of fresh pasta rolled between the finger and thumb served with hot milk on Christmas Day. Just one of the local specialities along with lamb, Tourtons, sweet or savoury potato dumplings, or oreilles d’ânes – yes it translates as Donkey’s ears, but it’s actually a vegetarian dish and no donkeys are killed or harmed in making them!
